In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Transaction Confirmation

Amendment and Cancellation Policy You can cancel your booking only in case of issues like power cut over 3hrs. The cancellation will be done through offline medium at reception.

How do I get a refund after cancelling my reservation? Refund will be provided only after confirming the resorts condition in which you booked & stayed, in case of any loss to the property feasible fine will be charged which will be deducted from your returning amount. No refund will be provided if the cancellation reason is your personal. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
